Design & Project Management Process 

  • Offer opinions, suggestions, guidance and ideas regarding your project.
  • Brainstorming session with owners to develop understanding of what is wanted, needed and required for the project.
  • Establish and agree on scope of project. Including how communication will work, changes, and potential concerns (areas that cannot be seen prior to the project beginning).
  • Decide level of innovation and upgrades needed for the project.
  • Determine permitting and plans needed for the project.
  • Determine contractor, sub-contractors, suppliers and vendors to be used on the project.
  • Determine an estimated budget and a realistic timeline for the project.
  • Determine responsibilities of all parties involved.
  • Create contract/agreement of terms for the project.
  • Develop work plan and schedule for the project.
  • On-going management of the project until completion.
  • Communicate the progress and updates openly to the owners throughout the process.
