Design & Project Management Process
- Offer opinions, suggestions, guidance and ideas regarding your project.
- Brainstorming session with owners to develop understanding of what is wanted, needed and required for the project.
- Establish and agree on scope of project. Including how communication will work, changes, and potential concerns (areas that cannot be seen prior to the project beginning).
- Decide level of innovation and upgrades needed for the project.
- Determine permitting and plans needed for the project.
- Determine contractor, sub-contractors, suppliers and vendors to be used on the project.
- Determine an estimated budget and a realistic timeline for the project.
- Determine responsibilities of all parties involved.
- Create contract/agreement of terms for the project.
- Develop work plan and schedule for the project.
- On-going management of the project until completion.
- Communicate the progress and updates openly to the owners throughout the process.
